AT&T can go fuck themselves. Seriously.
I won't be able to use my new phone until I am able to get to an Apple store to get two new SIM cards because someone at AT&T didn't know what they were doing and deactivated both cards. So not only do I not have my NEW phone, I don't have use of my old phone either.
I spent nearly two hours on the phone, spoke to 6 different customer service reps at both Apple and AT&T and I have nothing to show for it except for two non-working phones.
Such bullshit.
